Neil Caisley
Chairman & Co-Founder

With over 30 years of experience in the Financial Planning/Investment industry, Neil has built up an impressive client list of Premier League Footballers and Managers.

Prior to setting up Provision Financial Consultants in 1998, he worked in the City for M & G and Hendersons.

Drawing on his experience, contacts and clients within the world of football , he developed the concept of VSI and founded the Business with his Co-Director Gareth Alexander.

Neil is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI) and qualified under the Solicitors Investment Business Rules. He is registered and regulated by the Financial Services Authorites in London, Jersey and Gibraltar.

 


 

Don Wijsmuller
Director

Don Wijsmuller is the founder and Managing Director of Whitmill Trust Company Ltd, established in 1990 to look after the international affairs of High Net Worth clients, both private as well as institutional.

During his 30 years in the financial services industry, Don has been involved in the creation and management of a wide range of structures for clients, varying from standalone Special Purpose Vehicles to multi-tiered and regulated fund structures, dealing with assets and activities spread all over the world. Don has extensive experience in dealing with complex structures, including property holding and development funds, venture capital companies, trading entities and cross border intellectual property operations. Don also acts as personal trustee for a number of a client families, director on the Boards of various entities and has extensive corporate governance, administration and management experience.

Prior to founding Whitmill, Don worked for one of the Island's leading law firms, Mourant du Feu & Jeune, as well as Morgan Grenfell Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank & Trust company.

 


 

Frederick Deacon
Director

Frederick Deacon has been a main board Director of Whitmill Trust since November 2007 but also sits on the boards of a number of substantial private companies and offshore investment funds. Frederick has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry as well as a legal background holding a law degree and having undertaken the vocational exams for the English Bar.

Frederick has worked with a number of the world's wealthiest individuals overseeing the administration of their assets including portfolios, property, yachts, artwork and race horses and managing some their philanthropic and sporting interests.

Frederick has wide ranging experience and as well as advising ultra high net worth individuals and their families, he also has extensive experience of managing companies involved in various activities including real estate development and management in the UK, and in Europe, as well as Southern Africa and the Indian sub-continent. He has also been involved on the board of companies in the hotel and leisure industry, oil and gas industry and technology and telecommunication industry.

 


 

Kiran Patel
Director

Kiran Patel was appointed Private Client Director at Whitmill in April 2011. Kiran is responsible for a number of bespoke family structures along with overseeing the administration team and developing and introducing new business.

Kiran was educated at the University of Nottingham and the Guildford Law College and is a qualified English Solicitor, a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has worked in the fiduciary industry for 21 years and during this time has sat on the board of a number of substantial private client entities and special purpose vehicles involved in the securitisation market and issuance of capital market products.

Prior to joining Whitmill Kiran was Senior Director at a Jersey based fiduciary services group and was responsible for the delivery of professional administration services to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and corporate clients.
